About Neil

I've been in real estate here in the St George area since 1993. I have a wealth of knowledge in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. I served on the Professional Standards Committee for the Utah Association of Realtors for 6 years and pride myself in doing good ethical business, and expect my associates to do the same. My production usually runs in the top 5% of our market. I am driven to help Buyers and Sellers fill their real estate needs. Since I've been selling real estate in Southwest Utah for over 32 years, I can relate to people moving into the area that have questions about the local culture, activities, shopping, events, lifestyle, year round weather and low crime rates. After moving here from the Phoenix area, I immediately fell in love with the colored scenery and the proximity to state an national parks, as well as the abundance of beautiful golf courses.
